Kaitime is committed to providing quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied by Kaitime, please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping: Shipping costs are added to the products, and are only sent within New Zealand. This is a surcharge that helps cover the costs of packaging, postage, and the other expenses associated with getting your parcel off to you. The rates are different for North Island and South Island destinations.

The rates of shipping are selected in the shopping cart, and will be added to the displayed price of the item you order.

Goods are typically posted once a week, so it may be 24 hours or 6 days from your order to despatch. If you need something urgently, this can often be accommodated. If there is a delay, we'll be in touch by email to let you know what to expect. Postage can be slow within New Zealand, but we have found 4-6 days is reasonable. Because of this delay, a courier option is being researched.

Orders sent by courier can be tracked, we'll email you the tracking number after we send the parcel to you.
